Our factory is equipped with advanced, purpose-built automation machinery, including:

· CUTTING: Laser plate cutting (up to 25mm), Plasma cutting (up to 100mm), CNC tube/bar laser cutting (up to 200mm), and CNC saw cutting.

· FORMING & BENDING: 170-ton, 5-axis press brake (bends 25mm steel) and CNC tube/bar benders (up to 100mm).

· STAMPING: 160T Hydraulic press

· WELDING: 3 CNC robotic welding cells with rotating tables and 5 manual stations.

· MACHINING: CNC lathe (300mm capacity) and CNC drilling.

· FINISHING: A comprehensive in-house line featuring KTL (e-coating) pretreatment, automated powder coating, liquid paint application, and polishing equipment.
